SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

The Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands has an overall evaluation system for all public services. Part of this, is based on the system of suggestions and complaints, by means of which citizens and organisations can highlight and propose areas for action with the aim of improving the organisation and quality of public services.

In order to improve the quality of the service, suggestions or complaints may be submitted in the following ways:

  • In person, with the option of:
    • Go to any of the registry offices of the Government of the Canary Islands, as well as to the other registers regulated by art. 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, for the presentation of the Standardised form.
    • Go to any of the Canary Islands Citizen Information and Assistance Offices, where you can submit the Standard form or verbally make the suggestion or complaint.
  • Telematic
    • Access the telematic management with a digital certificate through the Electronic Headquarters of the Canary Islands Government for the presentation of suggestions and complaints.
    • If you wish to make a suggestion and you do not have a digital certificate, you must fill in the following form.
